MEDENT offers the Directlink Appointment Reminder service, which is built within our EHR!<\/span><\/p>

This gives the practice control of what patients receive appointment reminders as well as the actual content of the reminder messages.<\/span><\/p>

Plus, MEDENT’s Directlink DM\/Broadcast Reminder interface allows a user to run a report to send specific patients a DM reminder via call, SMS text and\/or email.
