Any prescription that has an invalid Quantity Form is likely an older one from before MEDENT had this restriction.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Here is the list of Quantity Forms that will be rejected by Surescripts starting September 1:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
