RESOLVED! Change Healthcare Connectivity Issue
MEDENT has received notice that the Change Healthcare connectivity issue was resolved as of 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
Earlier this morning, we became aware of an issue with Change Healthcare in which clients were unable to send claims or pull confirmation reports. This was only affecting Change Healthcare Direct clients; Revenue Performance Advisor (RPA) was not affected.
Change Healthcare was also aware of the issue and their technical team worked quickly on a resolution. While they did not anticipate a fix until end of day, the issue was corrected within an hour.
