Global GoTo (Jive) Connection Issue
Around 11 a.m. EST, Tuesday, September 21, 2021, MEDENT became aware of a connection issue with GoToConnect. MEDENT utilizes GoToConnect for its support service, meaning the majority of our staff was unable to make calls to clients.
This was a global issue with GoTo, not specific to MEDENT. As of 1 p.m. EST, the connection appears to be up and running; however, it still seems slow. GoTo released the following statements regarding the outage:
