Global GoTo (Jive) Connection Issue

Around 11 a.m. EST, Tuesday, September 21, 2021, MEDENT became aware of a connection issue with GoToConnect. MEDENT utilizes GoToConnect for its support service, meaning the majority of our staff was unable to make calls to clients. 

This was a global issue with GoTo, not specific to MEDENT. As of 1 p.m. EST, the connection appears to be up and running; however, it still seems slow. GoTo released the following statements regarding the outage:

"Investigating - We are currently investigating the connectivity issues for a subset of customers for GoToConnect services. This might impact PBX account login,Admin Portal Access and Device Registration. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and will provide another update shortly."
