MEDENT offers the Directlink Appointment Reminder service, which is built within our EHR!
This gives the practice control of what patients receive appointment reminders as well as the actual content of the reminder messages.
Plus, MEDENT’s Directlink DM/Broadcast Reminder interface allows a user to run a report to send specific patients a DM reminder via call, SMS text and/or email. These can be used to inform patients of upcoming vaccination clinics or remind patients to schedule a visit with the practice.
How does it work?
Once enabled, MEDENT automatically compiles and stores practice appointments for the selected Doctors, Appointments and Locations.
