Track specific Risk Assessment Documentation with our Risk Assessment Templates and Summary and Details screens. Enter the patient’s risk score, risk tier, conditions, evaluation method and risk factors.
Remote Patient Monitoring
Our HealthxSolutions interface lets practices import vitals information from remote patient monitoring devices into a patient’s chart. And our partners with FocusMD offer additional services to engage and monitor patients in the program and reduce the burden on staff.
Interoperability
Our Carequality Interface lets users exchange patient information with other health data sharing networks nationwide. Community Chart allows data from outside sources to display directly in MEDENT. Entering the Community Chart will automatically query any sites in the applicable setup areas, including Carequality, Surescripts Record Locator and/or other connections.
Accurate Diagnoses
Our Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) interface ensures each patient’s diagnosis is captured in the most comprehensive way possible, both from a clinical and billing perspective. And our VisualDx interface lets clients use the Diagnosis Differential Builder tool to search and visualize the correct diagnosis for the patient.
Close Gaps in Care
Personalize Care Plan Packages that identify pre-set tasks to be completed when a specific diagnosis code or range of codes is selected for a patient. These tasks include generating documents, writing prescriptions, ordering labs, diagnostic imaging, adding CPT codes and additional diagnosis codes and formatting specific comments into the patient’s progress note. Care Plan Packages can be set up per practice, per diagnosis and per provider to promote consistency and help close gaps in care.
Social Drivers of Health (SDOH)
Use our SDOH Tab in the Diagnosis Selection Screen to document a patient’s social determinants of health, such as problems related to housing, employment and education.

Within one week of receiving your final contracts, you will be assigned a project manager and trainer from MEDENT. Your project manager will be your main point of contact; however, you will receive training and support from other MEDENT team members throughout implementation.
We operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We provide limited emergency support outside of normal business hours.

MEDENT has achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-Health IT) 2015 Cures Edition Health IT certification via Drummond Group LLC, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB). The stamp of approval designates the software delivers the required functionality in support of enabling eligible providers and hospitals to meet the requirements of various regulatory programs that involve the use of certified electronic health records (EHR) technology.
