Within one week of receiving your final contracts, you will be assigned a project manager and trainer from MEDENT. Your project manager will be your main point of contact; however, you will receive training and support from other MEDENT team members throughout implementation.
We operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We provide limited emergency support outside of normal business hours.

MEDENT has achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-Health IT) 2015 Cures Edition Health IT certification via Drummond Group LLC, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB).
