The National Leader in PDMP Solutions

The Appriss Prescription Monitoring Program Interface with MEDENT allows prescribers to check state PMPs with one click. This saves time as prescribers no longer need to log into a website or manually search for a patient.

What is PDMP?

In response to the opioid epidemic, the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) requires dispensers to submit dispensed drugs to the state-run Prescription Drug Monitoring database. Prescribers are also required to look up the patient’s prescription history before prescribing opioids.

Appriss offers two types of reports:

PMP Gateway

Learn how PMP Gateway integrates real-time PDMP data at the point-of-care and provides flexibility to share data between states for better coordinated patient care.

This report displays the data as supplied by the state’s PMP, including the list of filled prescriptions and pharmacies that filled the prescriptions.

NarxCare

A comprehensive substance use disorder platform with powerful analytics and clinical resources for risk assessment and patient support.

NarxCare automatically analyzes PDMP data and a patient’s health history and provides patient risk scores and an interactive visualization of usage patterns to help identify potential risk factors.
