In today’s healthcare environment, technology is the backbone of patient care. When practices rely on an electronic health record (EHR) system like MEDENT, they expect real-time access, consistent performance and quick support when something isn’t working. We take that responsibility seriously.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of the MEDENT Live Status Page — a real-time window into the operational health of MEDENT’s core services.
The status page is a centralized dashboard where you can check the current status of MEDENT’s systems, including:
MEDENT Cloud
Patient Portal
Video Visits
Cloud Faxing
ePrescribing
ECS – Autopost
Community Chart
MEDENT Mobile
If something goes wrong—whether it’s a system slowdown, temporary outage or planned maintenance—you’ll find updates there first.
When there’s a service disruption, our users deserve to know what’s happening and what we’re doing about it. The status page is a proactive step toward clear, timely communication, even when the unexpected occurs.
Before the status page, users often contacted our support team to ask, "Is something wrong with MEDENT right now?" Now, that answer is always available; no waiting, no tickets, just real-time information. This helps practices troubleshoot faster and stay focused on patient care.
When we perform scheduled maintenance or upgrades, we’ll post advance notice on the status page. This gives your team time to prepare and reduces surprises.
This is just the beginning. We’re committed to evolving our platform and our support tools to better serve the healthcare community. We’ll continue improving our incident communication, uptime monitoring and transparency tools.
On the status page, you’ll see options to subscribe to receive service and maintenance alerts via email. This eliminates the need to call in or submit a support ticket for widespread issues as you’ll receive an email with details and updates, including when any issues are resolved.
We encourage all MEDENT users to bookmark this page and check it anytime you suspect a service issue.
Here are the steps to access the Status Page and add the URL as a link on your Bookmark Toolbar (BMTB) in MEDENT:
If you have questions or feedback about the new status page, we’d love to hear from you. After all, your care for patients inspires our care for the systems you depend on.
