On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, G2 finalized its Summer 2025 Reports in which the verified software review site highlighted the top rated solutions in the industry. MEDENT appeared in 24 reports and earned 10 badges, including the coveted High Performer, Momentum Leader and Users Most Likely To Recommend badges. 

Here is the breakdown of where MEDENT stands in the EHR, Practice Management and Patient Engagement industry, according to G2:

MEDENT earned the Momentum Leader badge for EHR and Medical Practice Management, moving up more than 10 spots since Spring 2025. We now rank #5 out of 61 and #6 out of 38, respectively. Products in the Leader tier in the Momentum Grid rank in the top 25 percent of their category’s products by their users. 

MEDENT also earned the High Performer badge for Mid-Market EHR, Mid-Market Medical Practice Management, Patient Engagement and Small-Business EHR. Products in the High Performer quadrant in the Grid Report have high customer satisfaction scores and low market presence scores compared to the rest of the category.

MEDENT was also awarded the Grid Leader badge for EHR and Medical Practice Management, meaning we are rated highly by G2 users and have substantial satisfaction and market presence scores. 

MEDENT also received the Fastest Implementation badge for Mid-Market EHR this quarter. This means we had the shortest go-live time in our category.

Finally, MEDENT earned the Users Most Likely To Recommend badge for EHR, meaning we scored the highest Likely to Recommend rating in this category. 

In addition to our badges, MEDENT learned we improved our ranking for usability for EHR, Medical Practice Management and Patient Engagement. We were also rated #1 for Integration with Billing Software for Mid-Market Medical Practice Management, Likelihood to Recommend for Mid-Market EHR and Patient Engagement, and Multiple Medical Provider Access for Mid-Market EHR.
