As part of our continued partnership with Suki, we’re excited to share new enhancements to our AI integration.
As of August 4, 2025, users will see two major enhancements:
Personalization of Note Sections
Evidence Linking for Ambient Notes
These features are designed to give clinicians more control, improve documentation accuracy and ultimately support better patient care.
With this update, MEDENT users can now personalize how their clinical notes are generated, tailored to individual preferences and workflows.
To configure your settings:
1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Suki window in MEDENT.
2. Select “Note Style”.
From there, you’ll be able to choose from the following options:
Narrative or Bulleted
By Problem or Chronological
Concise, Balanced or Detailed
The Benefit: Notes that reflect your natural documentation style can reduce editing time, improve clarity, and streamline your overall workflow.
Suki has also introduced Evidence Linking for ambient notes. Each line in the note is now tied directly to supporting transcript content, helping ensure everything in your documentation is based on real conversation data.
This improvement provides:
✅ Improved Accuracy — Reduces AI-generated errors and hallucinations
✅ Higher Note Quality — More logically structured and relevant
✅ Clear Source Tracking — Each line is connected to a specific part of the transcript
✅ Better Insight — Easier to review and validate notes when needed
Please note: With this improvement, notes may take a bit more time to generate—from an average of 28 seconds to around 40 seconds—but the result is a more accurate, transparent and dependable documentation experience.
