Patient Pre-Check-In

  • Options to add provider profile photos and allow patients to enter insurance information
  • Customizable settings include appointment type, appointment reasoning, and a provider’s availability
  • Available as a no-charge upgrade to MEDENT Patient Portal systems
  • Allows patients to complete parts of the check-in from a personal device, including smart phones and tablets prior to arriving at the office
  • An email and/or text with a unique pre-check-in link will be automatically sent to the patient prior to their appointment
  • Pre-Check-In is available for locations with a Kiosk at no additional charge, and can be enabled for locations that don’t have a kiosk for a monthly subscription fee

  • Patients save time by checking in on their own
  • Office staff are relieved of check-in burden and notified of patient arrivals, payments and updates made to any personal information through the kiosk

  • This feature allows patients to be able to view any document in a closed status that is assigned to a chart button with the Share with Portal option enabled
